Return Conditions
Do you want to return (part of) your order? Of course this is possible. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7days after receipt without giving any reason. After this cancellation you have another 7days to return the product. It is important that the product is unused and still in undamaged original packaging. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs. The costs for returning to our store are at your own expense.
Something wrong with your product or received something wrong
Is there something wrong with your product or have you received something that you did not order? Please contact us to discuss the possibilities. We can then send you a return label so that you do not have to incur any costs for returning it to our store.
Wrong size clothing
Have you ordered clothing but the size is not quite right? That's no problem at all. You can exchange your order for a different size up to 7 days after receipt. It is important that the clothing has not been worn. As soon as we have received the order back, it will be processed and we will refund the amount to you.
You can simply order the correct size from us via the webshop.
How can I return my order?
1. Pack the products properly
Please include your name, order number and reason for return on a note. Put the note in the box.
2. Send your package
Deliver your package to a carrier of your choice, for example: GLS, DHL, Fedex
3. Save your shipping receipt
When you drop off your package you will receive a receipt. Keep this proof safe!
This is your proof that the package has been returned.
