Shipping & Delivery Information

At Aquamarine Baits, we do everything possible to deliver your order quickly and reliably.

  • Same-Day Dispatch – Orders placed on working days before 12 PM are shipped the same day (if all items are in stock). Orders placed after 2 PM are shipped the next working day.

  • Out of Stock Items – If an item isn’t immediately available, your delivery may take a little longer. In this case, we’ll contact you with the expected delivery time. Each product page also indicates the current stock status.

Stock Status Guide

  • In Stock – Ships the same working day if ordered before 2 PM.

  • After 2 PM – Ships the next working day.

  • Made to Order / Backorder – We’ll inform you of the estimated delivery.

Carriers & Tracking

We ship with GLS, FedEx, and DHL. On the day of dispatch, you’ll receive an email with a Track & Trace link. From there, you can:

  • Track your parcel in real time

  • Adjust your delivery day or time

  • For GLS shipments, you may also request Saturday delivery (please contact us in advance to arrange this).

Large / Heavy Orders

If your order exceeds the size or weight limits of our carriers, we’ll find the most cost-effective shipping method and contact you directly. Please note: in rare cases, shipping costs may differ from the rates shown below.

Flat-Rate EU Shipping (per parcel up to 20 kg)

  • Zone 1 – Central EU (€12)

    Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Romania, Croatia, and Poland

  • Zone 2 – Western EU (€16)

    Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Germany

  • Zone 3 – Southern & Northern EU (€21)

    France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Portugal

  • Zone 4 – Baltic EU (€37)

    Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia

📦 Parcels up to 20 kg are covered by a flat fee. Larger orders may be split into multiple parcels at no extra cost to you.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Central & Western EU: 2–3 working days

  • Southern, Northern & Baltic EU: 3–5 working days
